This project involves the full replacement construction of educational facilities at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bongkol, Pitas, Sabah. The development comprises 18 new classrooms, 8 units of teachers’ quarters, a 200-student dormitory, and various supporting facilities designed to enhance the school’s learning environment and operational efficiency.

The upgraded facilities are planned to provide a safe, functional, and conducive setting for students and staff. Modern building systems, improved spatial layouts, and durable construction materials ensure long-term performance, comfort, and compliance with current educational standards.

Strategically implemented within SMK Bongkol, this redevelopment aims to support the growing needs of the school community while contributing to improved accessibility, student accommodation, and overall campus infrastructure.
